Whether growing in your Christian faith or serving others, it’s critically important to be able to discern God. He is always seeking to communicate with us, but most of us don’t tune in as we should or some feel they don’t know how to at all. Come discover how to connect to God in a stronger way.

Instructors: Lea Black & Donna Powell

Lea has a deep servant’s heart, demonstrated by leading bible studies, serving on worship & prayer teams, and participating in prayer walks and outreach to the homeless.  Lea has a powerful relationship with our Lord and encourages others to discover God’s unique purposes and gifting. She hears and discerns His heart in beautiful ways.  Though she has experienced many of life’s hills and valleys, her faithfulness has grown as she has encountered Father God’s continued love and trustworthy presence.  She is a valued and highly experienced CRC Prayer team leader.

Donna is an experienced leader of inner healing ministry and loves helping others whether in sessions or through teaching. She has developed a rich collection of abilities, knowledge, and competencies through education, training and experience through her career in the field of risk management as well as various roles within ministry and other types of non-profits. Donna has a powerful connection with Jesus and is excited to help others grow in their intimacy with the Lord.
